MP Wanyonyi Donates Chairs to Karura and Diaspora Churches

Westlands Lawmaker Hon Tim Wanyonyi has donated 300 chairs to 10 churches in Karura ward and diaspora areas.

Through his constituency staff coordinators, the legislator was able to reach out to the churches across Gachie, Lower Kabete, Mwimuto, Gathondeki and Mathare.

Speaking on Sunday during the distribution in Gathondeki and Mathare, Diaspora Coordinator Amos Aromba said the MP remains steadfast in serving his constituents while thanking the church congregands for once again trusting him with their votes in the last election.

“He asked me to thank you for overwhelmingly voting for him in three consecutive elections,. He has asked for your continued prayers so that he can continue serving his constituents. Also, he has asked you to  visit the office to share conversations and requests with him,” Aromba said.

Karura Coordinator Joash Muricho, similarly thanked brethren in Gachie and Lower Kabete churches for their unwavering support for Hon Wanyonyi during the August 2022 elections.

“Hon Tim is thankful for your votes. You voted for him with one resolve. He sent me with these chairs, despite your requests coming through before the elections. That is an indication he never forgets his people. Pray for him since the journey is still on,” said Muricho.
